Welcome to our site! This page is dedicated to the description of the
computer program VISUALIZER OF SUPRAMOLECULAR BIOSTRUCTURES «Protein
3D» operating in Windows (W95 - W10). Although
PROTEIN DATA BANK (http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/home/home.do) has a variety of visualizers, some of the forms of representations
implemented in our program, for example, representation in the form of
systems of conjugated ion-hydrogen bonds (See the picture below), make the program unique
and interesting for a wide range of users.
Representation in the form of systems of
conjugated ion-hydrogen bonds shows the relationship between hemoglobin
subunits via these systems Visiting this page one can get acquainted with
the purpose of our program and the possibilities of using it by various
groups of users. The fundamentals of its design and the description of the
functional properties that can serve as an introductory instruction for
working with the program are described. The first mention of the application of the «Protein
3D» program for research purposes appeared long
ago [1].
With the use of this program, a book by V.A. Karasev
and V.V. Luchinin "Introduction to the design
of bionic nanosystems"

was written. If you apply the program in the process of studying the material
